Temperature and heat settings cannot be customized, and a user can only operate the device at the 20 pre-set levels of heat and temperature. The maximum pan size that can be used on this device is 5″. This is quite small compared to the standard induction compatible cookwares that are available in the market today. Even then, since the heat provided by the induction top is distributed equally through the surface, pots with a maximum diameter of 9″ may be used.
